About

Antrim Villa is a wonderful old house built in the late 1800s. Its charm comes from the Victorian style with high ceilings, well-kept stuccos, and the original pine flooring.
The Villa’s style is Afro Scandinavian accentuated with materials like sisal, bamboo and linen. The interior has a neutral colour palette with natural colours. In the sun drenched, yet well secluded tropical bamboo and palm garden you will find a large saltwater swimming pool, which is unique for its size 8m x 4m. Loungers, an outdoor shower and pool towels are provided for your convenience and comfort. The villa provides safe off street parking, 24 hour service and security. The house is located in Green Point, a 5 minute walk to the beach promenade and a 15 minute walk to the new Cape Town stadium.
