 What started as a hobby for M.J. in 2006, gradually grew into an award-winning wine range – the Signal Gun Gun Smoke Merlot and Signal Gun Blanc de Noir, are just some of our wines that have received accolades through the years. Now, a small part of the annual grape harvest is used to produce approximately 6 500 cases of top quality, handcrafted wine a year.

Product Features

• Made solely from Merlot grapes that were picked at optimum ripeness.
• The juice had little skin contact. just enough to give the wine its deep raspberry shade.
• Aromas of strawberries and cream. red fruit and marshmallow characteristics with floral notes and a crisp dry finish on the palate.
• The perfect companion to smoked salmon or trout, strawberries, sashimi, fruit-based desserts and dark chocolate.
• This wine is best enjoyed chilled on a sizzling hot summer day during an al fresco lunch or afternoon picnic.
