Mike Graham, throughout his wine career, has always been passionate about sparkling wine. He was part of the team that created Pongracz in 1988 and spent time with the now ex cellarmaster of the famous house of Louis Roederer, Michel Pansu, learning the secret art of blending, creating the bubble and creating dosage. His close friendships with various Champagne growers over the last twenty-five years have allowed him to understand the classical characters in grapes destined for sparkling wine.
