Ingredients
- Pack size: 1 x 60 tables (1-2 month supply)
- Each capsule contains the following active ingredients:
- Fish Oil Extract (30% omega-3 fatty acids) 1000mg
- Eicosapentoic acid (EPA) 180mg
- Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 120mg
- Vitamin E (dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate) 8.9mg
- Inactive ingredients: capsule shell (containing gelatine, glycerine and sorbitol).
- Sugar-free
Directions
- Adults and children over 9 years of age: Take 1 capsule twice daily with meals.
- For additional cardiovascular and central nervous system support: Take 2 capsules twice daily with meals.
- Children 4 – 9 years of age: Take half the adult dose.

- Safe for use during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding.
- There are no known side effects.
