As a new generation exercise bike, the Everlast Fusion offers Bluetooth with app compatibility, a USB charging port and Cardio Core workout program with an accessory pack to ensure you get the most out of every workout.
Monitor your performance on the dual LCD display screen with backlight while you control the intensity of your workout by using one of the 12 pre-set programs or choosing to compete in one of the famous cycling race from across the world by connecting your smartphone, iPad or tablet to the Kinomap or iConsole Apps via Bluetooth. The convenient bottle holder allows you to keep hydrated throughout your workout while you monitor your heart rate using the hand pulse grips. Designed with the ability to change the height of the seat and distance away from the handlebars, the Everlast Fusion Bike can be customised to suit your needs while providing a smooth ride with its 6kg flywheel. Offering a low impact workout that works a number of different muscles, the Everlast Fusion Exercise Bike allows you to work out at a pace that suits you in the comfort of your own home. iCONSOLE APP - iConsole+ Training App is a Sports App developed to track and store all your fitness data. Get more out of your cardio equipment by connecting it to the iConsole App via Bluetooth. Choose between quick start, interval training or the Map My Route program to begin your training. With 12 pre-set programs to help you improve your fitness, iConsole acts as a fitness journal. Explore the world in the Map My Route mode, where you can use map mode or satellite mode in 2D or 3D or StreetView (Only iPhone).
With the purchase of the Everlast Fusion Exercise Bike, you will also receive the Everlast Cardio Core Program and Accessory Pack. Everlast’s Cardio Core Program is a fast-paced training program designed to target the entire body while improving flexibility, stability and strength. Offering 3 individual programs to suit different fitness levels, the cardio side of the workout program is fulfilled through the use of Everlast cardio equipment, while the core side of the workout program is achieved through the use of the 3 fitness accessories included: resistance band, toning tubes and a stability ball. Designed by our Everlast Fitness Trainer, Sonya, the program focuses on creating a workout program that helps individuals to increase their fitness and physical ability while motivating them along the way through fitness tips and workout videos which can be found on Everlast SA’s social pages and website.
