About

Achieve your speed goals in the women's GEL-SONOMA™ 4 performance trail running shoe by ASICS. With lightweight cushioning to help you move faster, this trail running shoe provides all the support and protection you need to take on even the toughest of outdoor routes. The midsole of the shoe is made from soft, light AMPLIFOAM™ material that's been specially designed to increase flexibility for runners who want to concentrate on their speed. This is complemented by GEL® technology in the rearfoot area, which absorbs shock as your feet hit the ground and adds extra bounce to your stride. We know stability is crucial when you're tackling a trail run, so this shoe features an internal heel counter to help you move in your natural line of motion as well as a no-sew medial reinforcement for added support. As a stability shoe, the GEL-SONOMA™ 4 model is recommended for runners whose feet tend to roll inwards - this is sometimes known as overpronation. We've packed all this technology into a sleek and streamlined shoe that's versatile enough to tackle any outdoor terrain. Try the GEL-SONOMA™ 4 shoe, and you'll soon be on your way to your fastest trail run yet.

Humble bragging. How is this still a thing?

You know the type. They'll say something along the lines of "I really miss my old Chevy Spark. This Audi SUV is so much harder to park."

Rest assured they don't miss that Chevy AT ALL. They just want you to know that they spent truckloads of cash on the latest Audi, but they want to come across as really casual because somehow that makes them cooler. Or something.

You'd think the complete lack of any complimentary responses would put an end to this type of self-appreciation, but if anything it's happening more and more.

We'd love to come up with an effective solution to it (honestly, it's what the world needs) but we're waaay too busy running a successful eCommerce company to actually invest the time.

Did you know we're also getting our PhDs on the side? No big deal.
