Everlast Powercore Free Standing Heavy Bag is designed with an air-foam chamber which provides a realistic feel. The rounded design allows for easy movement around the target to increasing cardio, leg conditioning and hand-eye coordination. The Powercore ring absorbs impact and reduces base movement and sliding. The solid base provides an easy-to-hit target thus maximizing your workout. The height is adjustable from 138cm to 165cm. The high-density base can easily be filled with water or sand (approximately 113kgs with water, 168kgs with sand).
