As part of the Overhex Wines International portfolio, Mensa wines proudly reflect the superb quality which has put Overhex on the world wine map. A wonderful fruity 2018 Sauvignon Blanc which is drinking beautifully.
Product Features
- All grapes were harvested in the early morning and pressed immediately.
- Following natural settling, the juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks at around 12 to 14 degrees Celsius for two weeks.
- The wine was then racked from the gross lees and remained on the lees until just before bottling.
- The 2018 harvest was characterised by healthy, full-flavoured grapes.
