The wine has a deep dark colour. Blackberry & mulberry greet you on the nose along with tea leaf undertones. The palate is distinguished and complex with a refreshing acidity supported by soft, smooth tannins. These fresh, fruity flavours linger with a long balanced finish. Named after the tallest peak on the Helderberg, the Dome (1137m) is a site of the incredible view from the farm is not to be missed. If ever you are in the region and you enjoy walking, climbing this beautiful mountain is most definitely recommended. Obviously followed by a refreshment stop at the farm.
