The beautiful Elgin Valley is a cool climate high inland plateau, completely surrounded by mountains. Just 70km from Cape Town, South Africa, it is rapidly gaining a reputation for the production of premium quality wines. We are slowly unlocking the secret of the Elgin Valley. The range of wines are designed to be fresh, pure, fruit-driven, light and accessible with all the fundamentals of premium wine whilst still showcasing the unique profile from the Elgin Valley.

- 80% of the grapes received 4 hours of skin contact before pressing.
- 20% are fermented on the skins for 5 – 10 days.
- Settling overnight. 90% Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tank 10% in small 900L eggs.
- Soil – Bokkeveld Shale, Table Mountain Sandstone and rocky Ferricrete soils Planting density – 3 500 vines/ Ha, 10-year-old vines
- 4 months on the lees to create texture and mouthfeel on the mid-palate.
