This wine is a reflection of cool-climate vineyard sites with a wonderful spectrum of flavour. Sauvignon Blanc grassy nuances and freshness with a concentration of tropical passion fruit, gooseberry and lemon zest reflected effortlessly on the finish leaving seamless juicy afterthoughts.
Product Features
- All grapes were handpicked before late morning and gently hand sorted.
- The juice was handled reductively and left to settle for a few days after which it was racked and inoculated to ferment at low temperatures.
- Grapes were fermented separately in small tanks using a combination of different yeast allowing different flavours to be expressed.
- Origin: Slopes of the Helderberg Mountain and Elgin

We're not sure if you've noticed, but there a great many very different deals on today.
That means each of 'em will need their own witty blurb, and well, that's really way more than we'd like to write.
Not that it matters seeing as not being able to unionise sort-of limits your options.
So, we're doing what any motivated slacker (talk about paradoxes) would've done and figuring out the easiest route to keeping everyone happy (mostly).
No luck yet, but here's hoping.
We're effectively combining the excitement of writing words with just sitting here.
